Food and You 2 - Wave 4

FSA’s Analytics Unit recently published the results from Wave 4 of the FSA’s flagship Food and You 2 survey, revealing how we all eat today. 

 A total of 5,796 adults across England, Wales and Northern Ireland took part in Wave 4 between 18^th October 2021 and 10^th January 2022.

 The Wave 4 survey covered the following topics:

• Confidence in food safety, authenticity and the food supply chain  
• Concerns about food  
• Food security
• Eating out and takeaways
• Food allergies, intolerances and other hypersensitivities
• Eating at home
• Food shopping: sustainability and environmental impact
• Sustainable diets, meat alternatives and genetic technologies
