Mrs Emma Hill was appointed to the ACMSF in 2017. She is a qualified professional in commercial catering with over 20 years’ experience of working, managing and training in the industry. She is currently the Head of Food, Health, Safety and Environment at CH&Co Group Ltd, where she has worked for the past 18 years. She is a member of the British Hospitality Association’s Food Experts Group and has worked with the group to produce a new Catering Industry Guide. She has a BSc Environmental Health Degree with first class honours.
