6. Mycobacterium bovis and the possible health risks associated with unpasteurised milk and milk products part II (ACM/1021)
The Committee will be asked to consider the health risk associated with unpasteurized milk and milk products
Dr Michael Rowe of Queen's University, Belfast will give a presentation on research findings on the survival of M.bovis in raw milk cheeses.
7. A report of the quinquennial review of the ACMSF (ACM/1022)
The Secretariat will update the Committee on the outcome of the review and members will be invited to respond to the review recommendations.
8. Food and You Survey (ACM/1023)
The Food Standards Agency will present results from the Food and You Survey.
9. EFIG (ACM/1024)
Dr Cook will update Members on the outcome of the Epidemiology of Foodborne Infections Group meeting which took place on 5 May 2011.
10. German E. coli O104 outbreak in Germany
Dr Paul Cook will provide an update on the STEC O104 outbreak in Germany
