The FSA will give a presentation on the Food Hygiene Delivery Programme
8. The isolation of Campylobacter spp. from food and environmental samples
Mr Alec Kyriakides will present the Surveillance Working Group’s paper on isolation of Campylobacter spp. from food and environmental samples.
9. M.bovis: possible health risks from pasteurized milk and milk products
The Committee will be asked to consider the health risk associated with pasteurized milk and milk products.
10. Possible health risks from consuming chicken liver pâtés
The FSA will present a paper on the possible health risks from consuming products made from chicken liver.
11. Red meat survey
The FSA will present the findings of a UK survey of microbiological contamination of red meat on retail sale
Dr Cook will update Members on the outcome of the Epidemiology of Foodborne Infections Group meeting which took place on 12 May 2010.
13. Horizon Scanning
The Secretariat will present a revised list of potential or future microbiological safety issues for consideration by Members.
14. ACMSF response to the WRAP risk assessment on the use of source segregated composts in agriculture
Mr John Bassett will present ACMSF's draft response to the WRAP risk assessment for conideration by Members.
