4. Minutes of the 67th meeting (ACM/MIN/67)
Members will be invited to approve ACM/MIN/67 as a correct record of the Committee’s 67th meeting.

5. Matters arising
The Secretariat has produced an information paper summarising action taken on points arising from the minutes of previous meetings.

6. Microbiological status of ready-to-eat foods
HPA will update the Committee on foodborne outbreaks linked to RTE foods including fresh produce.

7. Report on listeria in the elderly
Professor Humphrey will present the final report of the work on the Ad Hoc Group on Vulnerable Groups to investigate the incidence of listeriosis in the UK for discussion.

8. Survey of listeria in retail smoked fish
The FSA will present the findings of a recently published FSA survey to examine the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in retail smoked fish.

9. B14 Foodborne Diseases Research Programme
The FSA will update the Committee on the outcome of a review of its research programme on foodborne diseases.

10. Committee sub-groups
Professor Humphrey will report on the progress of the Working Group on Surveillance
