4. Minutes of the 63rd meeting (ACM/MIN/63)
Members will be invited to approve ACM/MIN/63 as a correct record of the Committee’s 63rd meeting.

5. Matters arising
The Secretariat has produced an information paper summarising action taken on points arising from the minutes of previous meetings.

6. Safe cooking times for poultry
Members will receive a presentation from CCFRA on the findings of research to determine safe cooking times for poultry

7. Update on poultry surveillance
Members will receive a presentation from Dr Richard Meldrum (National Public Health services, Wales) on the final report for the survey of Salmonella and Campylobacter in raw chicken in Wales and Northern Ireland.

8. Catering eggs survey
The FSA will update the Committee on the findings of a UK wide survey of Salmonella contamination of raw shell eggs used in catering premises.

9. Food safety advice on flooding
The FSA will seek Members views on the safety of food contaminated with flood water and the use of land contaminated with flood water for growing fresh produce

10. Review of recommendations of the ACMSF Report on Microbial Antibiotic Resistance
The FSA will update Members on work to progress the recommendations that were outstanding in the ACMSF Report on Microbial Antibiotic Resistance

The Chair of the Working Group on Surveillance (Professor Humphrey) will report on the progress of this Group.
The Chair of the Ad Hoc Group on Vulnerable Groups (Professor Hunter) will report on the progress of this Group.
The Chair of the Ad Hoc Group on Newly-emerging pathogens (Professor Hunter) will report on the progress of this Group.
The Chair of the Ad Hoc Group on botulism in cattle, sheep and goats (Professor Williams) will report on the progress of this Group.
