Members will be invited to approve ACM/MIN/57 as a correct record of the Committee's 57th meeting.

5. Matters arising (ACM/763)
The Secretariat has produced an information paper summarising action taken on points arising from the minutes of previous meetings.

6. Ad Hoc Group on Imported Foods ' final report (ACM/764)
Mr Philip Mepham will present a report of the outcome of the work carried out by the ad hoc Group on Imported Foods to consider the microbiological risks to human health associated with illegally imported meat (bush meat).

7. Ad hoc Group on botulism in cattle ' final report (ACM/765)
Professor Peter Williams will present a report of the outcome of the work carried out by the ad hoc Group on botulism in cattle to consider the potential risk to human health from food chain issues linked to botulism in cattle, and in particular, the spreading of poultry litter on agricultural land.

8. Hepatitis E (ACM/766 and ACM/766A)
Dr David Brown will update Members on recent developments.

9. E.coli O157 update (ACM/767)
Dr Paul Cook will update the Committee on a recent outbreak of E.coli O157 in Wales.

10. Avian Flu update (ACM/768)
Dr David Brown will update Members on recent developments.
